Finally got her back - re-worked '84 20' SF

So after a few months of the boat being laid up in the shop at Jim's Marine in Berlin, MD just outside of Ocean City, I was finally able to go fetch the old girl this past weekend. When I adopted the old girl about 2 years ago, she had a really bad case of the uglies. Just to see where we started:

In no particular order, here is the first barrage of pix. I will try and do a detailed writeup of what we did tonight and append. Just wanted to get pix up first.

You did a great job! Cannot wait to see the pictures of transformation.

That engine bracket lookss like they were tyring to buy some time rather then fix a rotted transom.

Nice details. Can't have enough gunnel rod holders. Stainless rub rail; nice! Looks like you glassed the joint. What was your old top made from? Looking forwards to the biography..

that paint looks absolutely gorgeous. im actually planning on that exact color scheme once it gets a bit cooler and im not wanting to be on the water 3 days a week. there are very few yellow boats down here in SC, everybody loves their carolina blue.i love the yellow on top of the gunnels too. rest of the boat looks very sharp too.

I have an 84' as well. Awesome boat.

Do have to say yours looks alot better than mine. In fact it looks amazing.

Well done,. will use this hopes and dreams to start mine one day.

For now, I dirty it up with fish blood and slime. She's dirty but it only shows she gets used! :)
