Can't be a Moesly hull because he only built the 21, the 19' bowrider and the 20 CC and Seafari. He sold the company to Potter in about '69, who in turn sold it to SeaCraft Industries in about 1979-80. The 23 hull is a Potter design. Check here for more info on the Moesly hulls, which are relatively rare: Moesly SeaCraft

Based on what I know about tracker boats I'll pass on the 88. Thanks!

if its a good deal why not buy it.. its still a seacraft. from what i understand as time went on seacraft just got less heavy duty. im sure its still the same design. dont believe its changed to date.

Love my Tracker `89 20sf. Solid deck and transom. They cheapened the rigging and wiring, and some of their riggers weren`t too bright, but she`s mine.

I have a 1989 23WA and absoultely nothing wrong with it and I don't see anything you would have to worry about. I just repowered mine w/225 Honda and love it. :D

I have an '88, and some of the boats between csy and 88, IMHO, are as good as any. The only problem is the rigging was cheapened, and if your looking at a 25+ year old boat, the rigging is going to be rough, and so is the wiring, so it' probably a wash. I especially like the sceptres and WA's from this era. The boxes under the seats, and a few other things where improvments.
