Which fabric? Sunbrella or Top-Gun

Getting ready to have the canvas work done on my Tsunami, and can't decide on what material to use.I've used both Sunbrella and Top-Gun on previous boats, and like both for certain things.

The top on this Tsunami will not ever be taken down, except for winter storage,so there won't be any problems caused by having to putting it up and down.

It will remain up all during the fishing season, and exposed to the elements,so i need something that will hold up very well.
The boat is kept in NY. on lake Ontario,so it doesn't get the constant hot tropical conditions like a Florida one does.

Even so,it will spend a lot of time stored on the trailer in the sun,the rain.the cold, and the wind,(which never seems to stop blowing).
It will only be trailered about 1/4 mile to the launch,so that's not an issue.

I like the Sunbrella for it's soft flexible qualities, and i like the Top-Gun for it's somewhat tougher finish.

Any recommendations? or information with past experiences with any preferred fabric, would be appreciated.

Top-Gun.. I use Top-gun on all or the USCG boat I do and it holds up very well in all areas of the country. Doesn't stretch out or leak.
