Went and did it!

Just purchased a 23 foot cc 78 vintage should handle lake erie slop a lot better than my 18' tinnie. Now all I have to do is wish 8 months of my life away so I can get it up there and put it in the dirt.

Congratulations! Good luck with finding time and the restoration (assuming it needs any). How about some pics?

I'm not computer literate enough to post on most forums, but I'll do so as soon as I can figure it out.

Another congatulations.
What areas of lake Erie do you fish or boat?
I'm on lake Ontario, the western end. Olcott NY Niagara county.

Always nice to see some Seacrafts on the Great Lakes. They're not well known by many people(fishermen) on the lakes.
Good luck with the boat.

I'll mainly fish Ashtabula OH for walleyes but I'm planning on a trip or two to New Jersey for school bluefin and in Virginia around bay bridge/tunnel for stripers. Still can't figure out how to post a photo obviously my browser won't allow it (windows vista).

Well it certainly doesn't look like the eight months are for restoration. Sounds like you're waiting for school to be out for summer, eh? Nice looking rig! Congrats on the photobucket accumen <font color="yellow">
