new owner!
Well finally got my very own seacraft... of the '78 potter 18sf vintage. boat needs some work but isnt a complete basket case. hopefully in a couple months ill be able to start replacing the deck and rewire/replumb while its open. forgive me for my crappy camera phone pics.

yeah i took it out for a quick ride yesterday in the sleet. felt pretty quick but i didnt get any perf. numbers.

Nice rig. I've always loved the 18-footers, sweet little boats. I see a Mass. registration on the boat. Where are you located?

Cool! Another red 18. Your gonna love it. These little red boats are fish magnets ;). You say your replaceing the floor; you might look into raising it 3" while she's opened up.
