23 sceptre

just got 85 sceptre has 96 even 225 any idea what this boat should run? thanks

Mid-upper 30's. I had a '74 Tsunami with a Johnson 225 that ran about 37 mph WOT, cruised at 24-25 mph.

Sounds about right. My father's '82 with a carb'd Yam 225 runs 39-40mph in the corner. He's got a jack plate so that might be increasing performance slightly.

I have a F250 Yamaha on a bracket. WOT 45 mph, I picked up 5 mph over the old 225 on the tramsom.
