First ride..finally

Got everything together a few weeks ago but the weather on the weekends didn't cooperate, last week was nice but the reservoir by my house was 4' over flood stage and the ramps where useless. It was 39 this morning but I put her in anyways, well my fist ride on a seacraft was with me behind the wheel. First off I'm amazed what twin 225's can do, didn't run it wot because there was still some junk floating around but just about froze my face at 4500 rpms 42 mph gps. Always ran aluminum boats previous to this one with the exception of a PennYan that I fished on Lake Erie. The boat/hull exceeded my expectations, we're in for a warm-up next week. Can't wait get her back out see how she does.

I can only imagine your thrill after the other boats mentioned - have fun and run it like you stole it

Nice job. Twin 225's does offer a thrilling ride! That is my set-up on a bracket. Got any additional pictures?

Got her out again for about 4-5 more hours the last couple Sundays, firewalled it a few times and it'll run 58 on the gps..can also watch the fuel gauge drop at that speed also. Very happy with the ride and the performance with the twins. Inside is done well enough to suit me now all I have to do is put the kicker on it and it'll be ready for Lake Erie walleye pullin. That's one nice looking rig you got there. The boat looks great.
It's going to make one nice Walleye hunting machine.
What a great boat it will be for Erie, where it always seems to be rough. You're going to love that ride.Good luck with her.

A couple weeks ago,in my 23 Tsunami,we ran in at 25mph in four footers on Lake Ontario, and a guy who was in the next slip in a 20-22'Grady,said to me "I can't believe how fast you guys were going in that slop".

Felt good to hear that from a guy in a quality built boat, especially, when we didn't pound at all,and he did.

Great looking pictures. The boat sits well in the water.
