How to restore our country to greatness.
 

In the highest regard ,I submit a modest proposal.

We the people of this once great land exercise our constitutional rights. We all take 2 weeks off and march on our respective state capitals and take our country back by force. Bring all of your guns as many will need to be suitably armed and trained along the way. There will not be a great worry of a repeat of Kent State as the National Guard is is not presently in the nation. Our elected officials will be asked to leave. Any special intesest groups and lobbyists will be tarred and feathered and sent to Boston and housed. On the 4th of July they will be dumped into Boston Harbor and provided with PFD`s and small funnels to catch rain water.

We will then march on Washington and do the same.
The President V.P, and Congress will be replaced by Monthly "national" town meetings online. We the people will choose our destiny.

Here is my proposal for a new political landscape.
Trayder- Secretary of State. Don`t forget the paypal.
NoBones- Dept. of Defense
Cap`t Chuck- Homeland Security
Bushwacker- Head of NASA
Island Trader/ 3rdDay-Historical Preservation
65 Bowrider- Dept. of Education
Skipper Tee- Alternative Energy Czar
Snookered- Head of Fox News
Five-O Chief of the FBI { natch}
FdHeld- Immigration
Nat Chalkey and CsickNick- ICAT
Fellowship-H.M.S.
BigLew- Commish of major league baseball. Go Sox heheheh
PeterB- President of the Polar Bear Club
Strick- Chairman of the AMA, and tort reform
FatherFr- Health Care Czar
Give it back to the church where it belongs. They don`t pay taxes anyway. :o Let big Insurance and Pharmaceuticals try and fight the church. We will pay for our coverage with donations. We already pay for it now, so why not.Either way we pay.

Change the Title to Commissioner of Professional Sports, and I'm in!! First rule change is that if you break the rules or are convicted of a crime- you're out. Tell the wife, tell the girlfriend, tell the kids (legit and not) the gravy train is over! Go make a living somewhere else.

I am also speechless.............and humbled!!!!

However unlike Mr. J. Edgar Hoover there ain't gonna be no gays in the FBI if I'm in charge. In addition, Spiderman would also be excellent in charge of our country's mental health care system.

Read Michael Crichton's recent book, "Next"; a story based largely on fact that human (as well as others) gene sequences can be patented by entities (corporations, governments or individuals) that are not the source of the gene sequence itself. This simply means that OUR own genes and their sequences can be patented and controlled by others and thus be beyond our legal personal control.
