Dual Station Controls

I have a single f250 w/ single dual action binnacle on the lower station and have a morse dual action single binnacle on my t-top. I would like to keep the controls and hook up the upper station. The upper station cables are run and terminate in the console. Is there any way to do this? If not what is the best way to connect both stations in a series system. I don't like the dual controls, shift/throttle, and want to keep the trim from the motor on the binnacle. The yamaha set up is out of price range and so is digital controls. The upper helm is connected (hydrolic)and works great. Any ideas???

Nope, you will have to get rid of the Yamaha control.

That's what I thought, dual leaver controls. Do I need to change the upper single action control? Also the dual binnacle needs a neutral safty right? Any controls w/ trim that would work?

Re: Dual Station Controls

update, I talked to Teleflex support and he told me that they have re-released a machanical dual station switch for throttle and shift. It works with single leaver dual function binnacles! No need to change out the current controls! Very economical too. Right around $400 for the set up. Beats switching to electronic or the yamaha setup.

Cool, is there a website?

Google turned up nothing for me.

Re: Dual Station Controls

The parts are not on the Teleflex website nor any other site just yet. He said the parts are 10-15 years old and just 6 months ago decided to re-release them. They were going to have them in miami but teleflex ended up without a booth. I did check west marine, not in catalog, not on web site, but in their system and can order both boxes but not the station selector just yet. My local shop/mechanic here has not heard of system yet nor T.A. mahoney here in Tampa. I'm sure the system will be widely available soon as its going to help a lot of CC owners with or wanting a second station.
