TSUNAMI//PULLING THE TRIGGER

Moved this from Performance topic..Evan., I did not want to walk all over your 3.0 rebuild topic :o
So..possibly going to pull the trigger on the Tsunami with inboard v drive....all pieces there just need to put back (yeh right!!!!). Just looking for more insight...drawbacks etc. etc. on this setup..member pictures of motor and v drive.... Anyone own one????? Getting buyers remorse already and havent bought it yet!!!
Thanks again,
Fred

Pictures of boat I went and looked at it again!!!..looking for input etc..bottom was obviously soda blasted at one point.....looks like quite a bit of work but one solid platform..really is a tank...I am used to the size of a Seafari....my neighbors would really love me if I brought this home!!!!..so would my wife

Fred, My brother had a 23'er like this, sold it a few years ago and I think he still regrets it..... you know how it is when someone makes you an offer you can't refuse. Four boats later the 'ol SeaCraft was still the best riding, best all around fishing boat he ever had. His was a a twin outboard, went to a 30" single 250hp with great results. "Yours" with a Yanmar diesel would be beyond sweet.

Wow, thats my dream boat... don't make me come down there, Fred...my yard can't fit another 23.

A little bit of Signature blue and you're golden...

I'm sure the trailer alone is worth your price, heck its stripped and ready reassemble and gucci-up. Looks SOLID! Ante up dude - that is diamond in the rough!

Gille, come on down..we can split the cost :D
I have a spare bedroom too..or I might need one in Cali when I get booted out.
What about the bottom...what needs to be done on that...just fairing or barrier coat...??? Guess this is a normal look when soda blasting completed??

I think that boat was for sale on this site a couple years ago. The guy wanted to post pix but didn't know how so I told him to send them to me for posting. Cool boat with a rare power option.
