What, the little one didn`t get a "rudder adjustment" and get put put back to work? nice work. Were you sandballing?

No, that little lane was the first one over the rail & I'm always hesitant about throwing the first keeper back.

No sand balling either. I knew the mutton were going to snap! We set up on a wreck in 120' & fished them like tails. 15lb & light jigs with bally plugs or silversides. It was a blast! We left them biting!

A "rudder adjustment" is cutting off half of the tail, hooking it behind the dorsal on top or under and down it goes. They really freak when they drop a motor and get pounded by grouper, aj`s and co`s on wrecks. Got a 33# co on the Esso Bonaire on an adjusted tom tail.

Nice limit.

im going out saturday nite. hopefully the weather will cooperate. i plan to get a few of those as well. maybe some grovers too.
