Seacrafts at Shallotte Inlet, OIB NC
Over the last month I have seen some nice 20 sf at shallotte inlet. One was white and anchored on the beach. Another one was yellow with an I/O. Are those member boats? Have only seen them once. Didn't know if they lived in the area or were visiting.

Re: Seacrafts at Shallotte Inlet, OIB NC
the white one is a '75 sf18' that i rebuilt last year. the yellow one is my dad's '69 sf20 i/o. this pic is from the mini lobster season in the keys last year. i took mine down for the week with only about 45 minutes on the engine.
we keep them at "shallotte villas" there at the inlet. would love to get with all the carolina seacraft crowd. |

Re: Seacrafts at Shallotte Inlet, OIB NC
Thought I'd post in here since I'm a new NC arrival. Just moved up from Gainesville FL to Raleigh area. My 20SF is still in FL, undecided about bringing it up. Where is the nearest saltwater from Raleigh? Suggestions

Re: Seacrafts at Shallotte Inlet, OIB NC
we actually live in WNC around lake lure/chimney rock. we keep a camper at the sea mist. both boats are usually there, but my 18' has gone home while i finish the rest of the season on PeterB's old 23' "seas the day".
