recoring fuel tank hatch/ need help
 
Any seacraft owners on long island want to help a newbie? need my hatch recored and fiberglassed. willing to pay. The old core has already been removed.

I made a 2x6 frame with the cross pieces about 1/8 " lower than the sides. This gave me a slight crown so water doesn't lay up anywhere on the new floor. Good luck with yours.
