Re: The end of a rainbow
Sweet boat Trave2.
Curious about the t-top and upper steering set-up. Looks like you have a storage flap on t-top aft (excellent idea), and a hatch mid - does a standing plate or ladder of sorts drop down for riding high or how does that work? Thanks. PS. Great shots of Discovery launch in Discovery thread  |
Re: The end of a rainbow
It looks like he has a standing platform on top of his control panel/conole and he stands on that sticking up through the T-top. Just a hunch!

One nice rig. Hope to see you on the water sometime.
I usually launch from Williams or Simmons. |

Re: The end of a rainbow
Thanks for all the nice comments, yeah for the upper station I just climb up on the console. The top of the console is 3/4 in. starboard, there is a cross member/ tubeing on the t-top for support on the aft side of the starboard. Could be a little higher but it's high enough to get a better view, nice and secure though can't really fall out! I've been getting out every weekend since it's warmed up, heading over to Hula Bay for lunch and drinks most of the time. Not realy worth fishing right now with so many fisheries closed!
