The start of a '98 23 clean-up...

I have Lonnie Gordon's '98 SeaCraft 23 CC at the house right now, I guess she would be a BPS boat. Anyway, the console is a mess, as well as the bilge. So, first things first, had to vacate the console of the water tank, two batts, the oil tank, and the trim tab pump...

I don't envy you there, I spent 4 days with half my body shoved in the tackle storage hole last spring doing mine. not a very fun time.
maybe an idea. I epoxied some oak blocks to the inside of the console above the side doors. it gave me space to put up hangers for some of the equipment wires I had in the space, moved most of them to secure to the sides and freed up a lot of space in the middle of the console and not at all cluttered.

It always amazes me how wiring get so out of control. :D

Relocation of the fresh water tank forward in the center storage compartment really helped the console access, and it wasn't that hard to plumb...
