Would that hatch seal well enough to used in the splashwell area? - I have a round screw in back there and and a larger panel - have thought about putting a hatch in

I had it on my back deck. I doubt it's 100% but I think it's o-ringed. I'll get another pic this afternoon.

It's o-ringed sealed.
