1974 20' self-bail scuppers
 
What is the base way to stop a leaking scupper on the 20' sea craft? It appears to be leaking around the base of the port scupper. Can the scupper tubing be reinforced with fiberglass?

replace the tubes. i did on my 20 fter. look back to last mounth in the general pages for my post and you will see some pics on it.
