1976 23' hell on reels
just picked it up in florida last week and made the long road trip back to cape with it.The hull is in great shape and will only need minor interior work. I plan on taking the tower off and replacing it with a pilot house. its got a 350 marine power fuel injected vortec engine with 140hrs on it. http://i1099.photobucket.com/albums/...y/IMG_0434.jpg http://i1099.photobucket.com/albums/...y/IMG_0435.jpg http://i1099.photobucket.com/albums/...y/IMG_0436.jpg http://i1099.photobucket.com/albums/...y/IMG_0437.jpg

That one must have slipped through the cracks to end up North!! :D Congrats and good luck!! If it were me I would keep the fold down tower and have Eisenglass curtains made for her, just my 2¢'s worth See ya, Ken |

Re: 1976 23' hell on reels
when you called me the other day, I didn't realize how nice the tower was. I was with you on the pilot house... until the tower. Personally I would give it a shot, if it pitches too much in the chop then I would consider pulling it off. Somewhere I have a number for a good canvas guy off cape that could make a canvas house cheeper than most of the guys around here.
