What a horrible accident ... and yet so lucky all the medical help was there waiting for him. Thanks to all volunteering their skills.

The way I read this your title should not be Wife Runs over husband....

That could have ended badly for your friend. The boyfriend isn`t mentioned , but was an EMT?

I almost died surfing after `Cane David. Very lucky.

Glad he survived, easy to do.

I've been freedive spearfishing off boats with the engine running for 40 years and thought I was pretty safe about it. Last trip we had two incidents where a diver got way way too close to the prop, once so close he nicked his thumb. First time I can remember having a close call.

It can happen to anybody.
