Fuel Tank Material?

Just wondering what you guys thought on this one: I am going to replace both fuel tanks on my 23 Tsunami. They are aluminum right now but i am hearing some different ideas on what kind of tanks i should replace them with. Any input/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Re: Fuel Tank Material?

I have original aluminum tanks. They are solid. 35 yrs +. I don't know how many 35 y.o. poly tanks are out there, but I think I'd stick w/ aluminum. The ease of having them made to fit is commonplace but custom poly tanks gets really pricey.
