Sound down 1-1/2\" noise barrier insulation.

Let me know if there is a charge for this and I will pay the fee.

I have a sheet of 1-1/2" thick sound down noise barrier insulation. It has a layer of foam with some synthetic lead that is about a quarter inch thick, and then a layer of noise absorbing acoustical foam that is a bit over one inch thick.
The sheet measures 54" x 50" (it's 1-1/2" thick not 1-1/4 as shown in the pic)and has a short L shaped piece on the end.The face is a reflective rip stop mylar substance, and the back side is a thick layer of white pvc film.
It is very heavy,I would guess that the piece weighs between 25-30 lbs.
I bought way to much and it was very expensive.I ended up using only half of it on my motor box and it cut the noise down considerably.I know that the original sheet cost me about 300.00 bucks, and that the supply houses charge well over 100 for this size and type of product.

Asking $60.00 plus shipping or bro.
Here's a link to it on jamestowns site and some ppicture of what i have.

I might be interested in it for my tow vehicle. That powerstroke sounds like a school bus. At best.

Where is "Western MA"? I work North of Boston.

Fishstretcher,
I'm in the Springfield area(Wilbraham),about 45 minutes to an hour from Auburn Worcester area.
If you want it,I'd be willing to meet you in that area.it's about the halfway mark.

Powerstroke is loud eh? be glad it's not an older Dodge with a Cummins, you'd need triple the sound barrier just to be able to think when it's idling.

I actually live a ways north of Woburn, so let me look into shipping.

You aren't going to the StriperFest are you?

Actually I work for a company out of Lynn Ma.(Lynn ladder & Scaffolding).I can't promise anything for sure yet,but we have trucks going there once or twice a week,so I may be able to get it on one and you could pick it up there.I'll have to check with them to see if it's do-able.
Funny,we had a branch in Woburn, but moved it to Manchester NH.
Give me a bit and I'll let you know.

Fishtretcher,I got a hold of our Lynn branch. I can send it there and you could pick it up there it's probably 20-30 minutes from you. They don't want to get involved in any money exchange however,so if your interested you could send the payment to me,and I'd send the material to lynn.
If you want,I could cut a small sample piece off the jog on the sheet and send it to you to see if it will fit your needs.
Let me know.
