spray rails
4 Attachment(s)
these are spray rails,i made a mold to produce these a few years ago - these are a great addition - these will definatley keep you dry.i laminate these to the hull - no cheap tape, glue,or screws - these are made integral with the hull - virtually unbreakable
my rig's inside the shop - it will be wearing a set of these next year... |
Interesting, have you had them on a couple difrent boats or is this the first one? Its hard to tell, do they go about half way down the hull? Are the back ends (lowest part) in the water at rest?
|
They're nice, looks a lot like a smartrail. I like them glued on too. Did you or are you gonna put rear rails on it? I don't know how much a typical SC would gain by adding them in the back.

i've put these on various client's boats - blackfins, shamrocks, sea crafts, and mako's - all have had similar good results
there's no glue - these are laminated to the hull, via west system epoxy |
Sorry, by glue I meant epoxy.

this is what they look like on my sea craft...they're faired in,and primed - i'm thinkin' about squirting the boat, not sure what color yet...
