Welcome to the site! That's a fairly rare but very versatile model; they were only made between '69 and about 78, first by Moesly and then Potter. Is it I/O or outboard version and does it have a galley seat? I figured you had a typo on the 1996 and guessed 1969 model before I reread your title! It has the Moesly bow rail with 8 stanchions instead of the later Potter models which only have 6. If you haven't already seen it, check out the 1969 Boating magazine test of the Seafari 20 in the Literature section. (Click on Classic SeaCraft Home at bottom of page.)

If you'll PM me with an e-mail address, I can send you some Adobe files of some factory brochures on the Seafari 20. Denny
