ar e you talking about the one for the raised casting deck or the one just in front of the cc. I made a mold for the one in front of the cc making it a bit smaller inside to allow it to be insulated

When I made the mold I used 3/4 melane to build it and it was a one shot deal but the liner did come out very well .Not a direct drop in as the rased bead was a bit taller than orginal was'nt a problem as I was redoing the deck anyway. ----

I got a 4x8 sheet of melain board a home depo 3/4 " thick it dosnt warp and is easy to work with
