Tuna rod suggestion

Just picked up a used Okuma TG 30W two speed lever drag reel for a good deal, I think. Looking for a rod to pair with it for small tuna for up here in the Northeast. With only a 20 Master Angler and no bracket, no giant bluefins!

Any opinions on a good cheap/used rod to look for?

For inexpensive / budget I would say either a tsunami standup series (69.99 at SRMO.com) for an all ring guide rod or a pinnacle marine outfitters rod 99.99 available on the hull truth. The pinnacle rods are full rollers and have very favorable reviews.

I wound up getting a Fin-Nor roller rod at the R.I. angler show. $112 for roller stripper and tip. The FSSU5950RS model. I think I need a bigger boat before I get bigger gear!

now all you need r some sluggos. dont go crazy buying a bunch of other lures the sluggos and x raps work well on those fish. those fish will hopefully come in close like they did a few years back

Back in the sarly 80s i fished some for giant bluefin.
I saw many a little whalers with moonies onboard , But they did use handlines.
This was out of gloucester.
