change scuppers?
 

I would really like to replace my thru deck scuppers on my 23,to go thru the transom its a 77 so not sure if i should go for it or wait till i redo the transom in next couple years, i would put the ping pongs on there for now cause i moore my boat for for the season, any thoughts or advice? thanks
