What a momumental guy he was! Changed the rules for the better in everything I remember him touching and what a drive for living! His type is too few and far between these days it seems. A dare devil for the good with a plan and a purpose!

Ditto! What a lot of folks don't know is that Caroll Shelby was a "Sargent" Pilot (started out as an enlisted guy instead of an officer) in WWII, just like Chuck Yeager and guess who else? . . . our very own Founding Father, CARL MOESLY! Quite an elite group! Carl had over 13,000 hrs in all types of airplanes, before he quit flying and got into the boat business! Not surprising that he's such a successful guy, given that background!

Jeeez......Jose Wejebe, Carroll Shelby....two guys that I would haved loved to have lived their lives. I'm getting old, seems like more and more of my childhood "heros" are dying off. Oh well.
