Gillie's right!! Then you can fix the bow light, put on some nice cleats, etc. When those tough things are finished you should do the easy one.....solid transom and a bracket. :)

That aluminum plate across the transom is hiding issues.

Looks like a lot of original factory equipment onboard.
She should clean up real nice. Give me your hull number and I'll tell you when she came out of the mold................:)
