Well,
You BS, you eat, you drink and share lies!!!
Gillie our beloved west coast brother came to Area 442
while taking a break from a family wedding 75 miles up the road..
Today the Florida crew all converged here to give Gillie a warm
cracker welcome... I will let pics tell the story!!

This was a behind the scenes get together at Area 442 !!!
Imagine that.... Those that came were Skip & Carla (SkipperT & 65 Bowrider), Denny & Shadow (Bushwacker), Sandy (GFS), Dave & Michele (Tarpun), Dave & Julie (Blue Heron), Ron (Capt Small Fish), Eric & daughter Elizabeth (Natural Hi), Lil' Kenny, Ken & Patti (NoBones), Brian (Buckwheat),
Our guest of honor Gillie!!
A good time was had by all!
We even took time out to go look at the 27 race boat!! Calm down Sandy!
Everyone was able to find Area 442 even where we do not exist with
your GPS!!

More later...

Ken-It looks like a great time was had over there today! All those SeaCrafts and finatics together at area 442. Had to be a great place to be - If the group knew how to get there and was not blindfolded on the way. Extra pictures?

If you blow into a Kazoo just right, your Ritchie will show you the way.

Great to meet Gillie, who seems to be the only person I have recently met, who majored in cryptology.

Siri tells me I need to go to sleep. Not sure about her yet.

I see how you are Gillie..... over there drinking beer and eating hamburgers while I'm stuck here grinding on fiberglass :)

Looks like a lot of fun had by all. Anyone wet a boat?

The 442 was the muscle car member of the Oldsmobile Cutlass family. My dad told me 442 stood for 4 on the floor, 4 barrel carb, and 2 (duel) exhaust, but he may have been making it up.

As for Area 442, it's meaning only becomes clear when you've made the pilgrimage.

Ken,
Thanks to you and Patti for putting it together. It was good to see the regular crew from the mini season gathering and to put faces to a few more names. Julie and I both enjoyed the visit. And it was cool to see your 27 and the race boat. Man that thing looks even longer and skinnier than it does in the pictures.

Shadow always the hunter, working the crowd, got a sneaky sideways glance on that burger.

Looks like a great time had by all - even see that Eric guy is still alive

Race boat? What race boat?
Dave, your pop was correct.
