Sceptre/Tsunami bow rail O.D size

Duh!!
I should know this as I have it on my boat,but I can't remember the outside diameter of the bow rail on my tsunami.I was thinking maybe 7/8"( it's stainless.)
The boat is 400 miles from home so I can't get up there to measure it.
I'm making up some fender clips to snap on and off easily,and the snaps I want to use would only be able to fit around 1" or less o.d tube.

Anyone have a unique easy and quick way to attach and remove fenders.As it is now, I'm tying and un-tying them depending on which side of the boat I'm launching or pulling out on.I don't want to have fenders on both sides,I'd need 6 and don't want to have to store them in the cabin or squeeze them between the deck and rail like I do now.

OD=.875
ID=.775

per my micrometer tonight.

Thanks guys.
I'll have to check out the Perko clips as well.Funny how I don't like spending a few bucks on something like these,but for some reason,didn't mind spending 15 grand to restore the Tsunami.
