That sucks Joel. I hope they catch the dirtbags.

Yeah, feeling pretty bummed out. Will see what I get from insurance, but it was a sweet motor. I doubt I could find another of the same model in that kind of shape, I planned to run the heck out it for at least 3 years.
:(

Joel

Put it out on Fla Sportsman Forum SE Section.
The more eyes you have looking for Scumbags the better.
Tough deal here

Shine, i am so sorry to hear about the theft of your Yamaha. i'm also sorry to hear that this problem has moved north. In Palm Beach County we have had a rash of Yamaha thefts in the last 6 months. The word on the street is that a group of 4 guys from Miami, who were caught and jailed 5 years ago, served 4 and a half years in prison, and are now out and doing exactly what they did 5 years ago. The engines go to Miami and get exported to the caribbean and south america. Apparently, nobody checks outgoing cargo containers. These assholes are pros. they're not going to stop.
I used to jokingly say that every Yamaha owner should paint their engines black, but damnit, it's just not a joke anymore. This is getting g***damn ridiculous!!!!

We don`t we have titles to our Motah`s here. Big Gap?

Why? Stupid? Could be.

Trailers only have reg. stickers. No title in So... fl.

Many other regs are "challenged" imho.

Last seen heading to S. Fl.

Sorry to hear about the theft of your motor.I hope the weazels slip up in some way and get caught, and you get your motor back.
I had a close call with my Yamaha a couple years ago.Dirtbags were one bolt away from getting it off my boat before they were scared off.
I hope you get yours back.
Hopefully the creeps will get caught.I hate theives.Even when caught they don't get the punishment they deserve. Good luck.
