2005 200hp Mercury Carb Water leak

So, the boat has sat for about a week and a half and I decided to start it up and let her run for 10-15 minutes. I hooked up the water to the lower unit, took the cowling off, and on the starboard side of the engine I saw some water leaking out of a hole on the block. It doesn't look like a hole from damage, but like something goes there. I'm sure this is not normal or good to have water in the top of the motor, just wondering if anyone had any suggestions or knew how to fix this. Its darn near impossible to get a picture of the small hole, I took some pictures, hope that helps. Thanks.

Right where I have it circled behind that stuff is a bolt and this tiny hole on the block that I'm talking about.

Poppet Valve . . . small hole leaking means it's time to replace.
