Classic SeaCraft Community - 20' Potter Hull & Trailer for Sale

1972 20' Potter Hull (Title in hand) for sale with dual axel trailer & spare tire - $2,000 OBO.

FYI - $25 Listing fee paid. I bought the project boat and trailer and then had kid #2 (another girl! LOL), then work got crazy, so decided to buy a 222 with a friend that was already ready to go. I had a 20' Sea Craft growing up, loved it and wanted to fix one up.

So here it is....Transom appears solid, but I have not drilled it. I have already cut out most of the floor. Foam in stringers looks dry and good. Boat is dry and currently stored under a carport in Dixie County, FL. Issues I can see but did not scare me.... The front cap part has a few blemishes/cracks where something heavy was set or dropped on the bow cap area while in the boat yard as well as a small rotten spot on floor in front by front hatch. The hull's only issue I know of is a slight dent in the new gel coat where the hull was bearing too much weight on front trailer roller all in one spot. The guy I bought it from had the entire outside of hull done with new gel coat and it looks good. I have the console with steering wheel as well you are welcome to if it has not run off! The trailer is older, but it recently received 2 new tires, 2 newer tires and a few new hubs/bearings, other hubs/bearings were checked and repacked bearings, all new LED lights, new winch and a new tounge jack. (at time of hull purchase I brought trailer to trailer place in St Pete and told them to make it right for the long I-75 & I-10 haul back to Tallahassee - Approx $600 later is was right) Should have a spare tire there too you are welcome to if it has not run off!
