Thanks McGillicuddy, good video, if a little too much focus on the crazy part of freediving.

Monos are very different from bifins, more efficient and much much better at some things, but not near as good at agility and so, not very good for my kind of diving. The one I use is is radically different from traditional monos (like used in the video). Its the first that approaches bifins in agility and adaptability. I been waiting a long time for it.
