Bottom paint removal

Hey guys any suggestions to get 2 coats of bottom paint off so i can put on 1 fresh coat.

Entourage, I just scraped and sanded the bottom on my 20 SF it had two maybe three coats on it PIA. There is an ad on craigslist the guy is out of RI the website is www.oceansidesodablast.com he charges $700 up to 22' at his site or he can come to you.
