dodger for SeaCcaft23
I just purchased a 1999 SeaCraft23. with a Ttop. I would like to have a dodger made that could cover the raised forward deck and make it possible to spend the night on board. Has anyone done this? Would like to know if anyone has a dodger, designed a frame, etc.

Seakat,
You may be in luck - check the "For Sale" section on the site - AbesRocket is listing just what you are looking for. |
I believe I have three bows and six female mounts; everything except the fabric left over if you're interested.

I haven't camped in my boat for a number of years, but this set-up worked great for me. I fastened strips of starboard, then used snaps on the outside edge of the starboard to secure the canvas. It kept the water out nicely. It was a little uncomfortable for more than one person to sleep in that area, so I added more strips as shown to extend the raised portion for sleeping. This made a large area that suported cushions. When we went fishing, the boards were stored away

A good way to install rather then the starboard thing eith snaps if its a flat gunnel is a pvc flexi-track that a welt on the canvas slides iN to. Clean looking a d watertight
