Trolling motor charger

Probly a stupid wuestion but for a 24 volt trolling motor. With 2 batteries wires in parrell for 24volts. Do tou need a charger of the same 24 volts Ot like a normal 2 battery 22 volt charger?

2 12 volt batteries wired parallel (+ to + and - to -) produce 12 volts, but twice the amps. To get 24 volts you wire them in series. I believe batteries wired in series can be charged individually with a 12V charger. If you want to charge both at the same time with the same charger, you'd need 24V.

I used the wrong term parallel. I was told with two batteries wired 24volts a two battery charger wired to each battery as normal
