Hey all on my way down to Pensacola Florida to look at Steve Kaisers 1979 scepter.We left Long Island New York 4:30 am friday morning . Expect to arrive saturday wish me luck. If all goes well pictures to follow. Tom

Good luck, made that trip to fl a month ago after a seacraft but had only half that distance to go. Couldn't imagine driving any further in a weekend. Enjoy the ride hope all goes well.

what happened with the boat ?? i think i just saw it was still on CL... You would be buying a famous boat.. been in many magzines over the years...

I made the trip to pensacola.The boat was not pristine as the ad said the transom was reconfigured when it was repowered at one time. Iam not putting the boat down not bad shape and your right a lot of history. I will stick with my 75 sceptor .Thanks for asking Tom.

Hope you at least got to enjoy pcola some... it is great place to be from and call home.. I read about this boat many times over the years while sitting next to Steve in a barbor chair and hearing about some of his adventures.. he was a learned old sea gower.... Caught more billfish on that little boat than most of the sportfish boats along the gulfcoast...
