Cobia tower attached to leaning post on 18 ft Seacraft.

My uncle and I have struck a deal that he will buy whatever boat brand only if it's 19 foot long while I together with my cousin will restore it.

While the deal has been put on hold
(money is being used for re powering of the 19 ft Mako)
I have been looking around for stuff to install on the boat.

We have already agreed to restore it specifically for fishing
(almost NO cruising or skiing)
What I thought would be handy and nice to look at would be a small cobia tower with top but I would want it to also be attached to the leaning post while having a bunch of rodholders installed (check the 370 Boston Whaler)

With this I wanted to ask the effects that the tower can have,
The estimated pricing for a DIY project like this),
And if anyone could post up some pics of there tower/boat combo.
Boat lenght for pics doesn't matter.
