Anyone care to guess the color?

Hello -
I was wondering if anyone out there was familiar with the Awlgrip topcoat color on the boat in the attached pictures. We confirmed that the hull is Sea Shell Green, but can't seem to uncover the topcoat color. Thanks! Jeff |
I got a color card at the house and they got a sea foam green but I think that is darker than this. It might be aqua mist. This is their light green color. The aqua mist looks a bit lighter than the paint on this boat but it could possibly be the way the sun is hitting it making the paint look a bit darker on the boat. They will do custom colors on request but they only have 3 greens if I remember correctly and the third is dark not like this. I am planing on painting my 23 sf the awlgrip aqua mist color myself, like that color a lot. I think strick's 23 was that color too.

Hey a Nauset 28! Built in my own backyard (well, backyard adjacent anyway...)!
You could call the builder here on Cape Cod and ask them. Built by Nauset Marine in Orleans MA. http://www.nausetmarine.com/orleans/ |
I believe hes talking of the deck and cabin white dolor

I would say it was real close to my "Gucci Green" Hull with
"Hateras Off-White" Interior :) http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y27...Picture006.jpg |
Thanks to everyone for your comments/suggestions.
I did call the boat builder and he confirmed an Awlgrip Sea Shell Green hull with a Pearson "White" gelcoat interior. I looked at Pearson's "White" color card and found it matched closely to Awlgrips Eggshell white or Oyster white. Almost ready to paint - thanks again for your comments. All my best- Jeff |
Sea shell green? is that a discontinued color? or is there more premixed colors available than the ones shown on the awlgrip color card. Didn't see that one on the current color card I got but do like the color. Kinda in between the aqua mist and sea foam.
