Sorry been busy. Yup. Bought me a donor boat last weekend up in Minneapolis. 85' Wellcraft 21' it has a 2 year old jasper rebuilt 350 in it.

I got her all taken apart now so I'm back to working on the Seacraft. Started grinding last night before I got my tyvek suits so I am miserable today. :( Ill start a thread this weekend maybe.

Floorboy,

I have a '78 23' Sceptre I/O (MerCruiser 7.4 Bravo One) and recently had the transom redone from the inside and my engine beds redone as well. Engine is still out of the boat and transom assembly not remounted yet. I will be happy to take some measurements for you. Give me a couple of days and please post exactly what you need.
