Looks awesome , love the helm and console!

What exact model engine is it, and how is the noise? Looks great!

I cored the console with Coosa board and made an internal motor box. The plan was to insulate the box and we found that it wasn't really necessary. Noise is not bad at all and the boat runs awesome 26 kt cruise 30 kt wot.

The coring also allowed us to attach the T-top to the console.

did you make your helm pod? if so please explain the process!! i love the looks of it!!!!

Yes I built the helm bubble. I made a mock up out of scrap coosa board to get the general fit that I wanted and then used the coosa as a template. I used 5/4 teak for the actual helm pod. I glued the basic shape using angles and then scribed the curves and shaped it with a hand plane. The finish took the longer than building it... 10 coats of Epihane clear varnish. I never liked where the steering was located. Now you can sit in the seat and steer without using your feet!

What size engine are you running? Please share the specs on your prop. It looks like you ride much higher in the water than I do.
