I use the Underwater Puck Light from West Marine. Only $50, and works great! Not the most powerful at 600 lumens, but more light than most of the $200 lights!
I can drift the shallows and gig flounder right along with the guys using $400 900 lumen lights.
It comes in blue, white, and green.

I got mine here:

If he's still got them, they're the same as the ones Fr. Frank posted, but at about half West Marine's price. I have 4 on my 25 Seafari, and I like them.
