We rented a house for a week in April on Vieques. What an amazing place to have a 23 seacraft!!

Bigshrimpin, Culebra is smaller with better beaches and no criminal activity, the boaters usually go from Puerto Rico to Culebra 20 miles from Fajardo then to the US & British Virgin Island, BVI with the best beaches.

Thanks for the intel. It looks a beautiful spot. We're planning on returning at some point in the near future . . . we flipped a coin to decide which island to stay. How's the fishing down there?

We spent most of the time on the beach (Horray for open containers) and appreciating the PR bling.

the fishing is so so...now ending the Marlin season and waiting for the Mahi-Mahi,inshore i think is better for the tarpons, for us as soon the water temps go below 80 the beach season is over... I see your wife with a cold Medalla, if you need any help in your next trip just ask

Beautiful place to have a SeaCraft for sure! My wife and I have been to Culebra several years ago on a friends boat. The only hazard was the lizards stealing our lunch.

We will be in Caguas visiting family in January and will also spend a few days in Fajardo. Aside from spending money on the gallos I love spending time on the water down there. Even having the stick with the mainland beaches, it's far from shabby. I would love to have a beer with a fellow SeaCrafter when I'm down if you get a free evening.

Kmoss, sure, the old San Juan is a nice place, specifically the Old Harbor Restaurant ,they make their own beers 6 or 7, I look often in the forum so drop a line.

Heading back to the Motherland to see family and friends for a week or so. Looking forward to a few nights at the rooster club and some homemade coconut rum!

Vaguada, if you see this drop me a PM and maybe we can meet up.
