Lee outrigger bent tubes

Where can I get these tubes at? I want to put outriggers in the boat but I don't know what model numbers that the Sceptre came with. Also, I have a set of Taco 15' that I want to use. I'm not even sure these will work but I do know they are 1-1/4.
