Bracket or not
 

As I have been pondering to put a bracket on my boat for sometime now a choice needs to be made since the transom is done. The problems I am seeing is one my 475 lb Merc is apparently too heavy for the bracket on a 20SF. The other question is with the full transom how does the boat look with the existing splashwell and hatches. Obviously I would like to eliminate the splash well and the hatches for more room on the deck but that means more work and more $$. Does anybody have photos of their 20 with a full transom with the bracket but leaving the splash well and hatches? Thanks
