Half hull models

Hi all

Anyone know of seacraft half hull models? I would love a 23' model for my office

Cool idea I would think 1/4 to 1/8 scale but obviously you must be in the large corner office!!!!! For me maybe I'd better think about the 1/24 scale

I really want a scale model of a 23', r/c would be even cooler! I think it would be possible with lazer measuring and 3d printing... But I don't have the skills for that...

To bad we didn't think about this until after Christmas

Look at this link. http://www.thehulltruth.com/boat-com...your-boat.html

They make exact models of your boat. The detail in exact. I always wanted one.

Neat site Corey, thanks for the link.I can only imagine what the cost is,I'm sure much more than I can afford.Anyone have an idea of what cost would be?

I have this pipe dream that when I retire,I'm going to sit and make myself a model of my Tsunami, complete with the rocket launchers, radar arch, rods, reels, kicker motor etc.
Of course, most likely,it will only be a pipe dream.
Unfortunately,a few other projects are a bit more important, like a new boiler, garage roof, and a new septic system. It's nice to dream however.

The prices are listed in that link. It all depends how detailed you want to go. A simple Half model starts at $470 to a detailed at $700. A full boat detailed model is $1500. So they can get expensive. I would love to get one but that a little to much for me. But they are really cool.
