Looking for MA transom replacement thread

I just finished rebuilding my 1977 20 MA-new floor, woring paint cap repair etc etc. I drilled a whole for a transom eye and sea water came out. I am planning on transom install in the fall. I looked through the threads and didn't find a complete one. Anyone have a step by step transom replacment thread?
