Twin 150 mercs on bracket set28" off back
 

I was wondering what the water line should be at when at rest.. Is there anybody with the same set up?

I put a double Armstong bracket on the back of a Robalo...he was running V6s and I put the brackets as high as I could in the slash well...(without rebuilding the transom) and put them in the top bolts and he said when he came out of it, water would come up onto the cowling... Id bet if its an outboard boat...you will need to eliminate the splash well ..he eventually rebuild the transom and raised them up, I understand its not exactly the same but maybe that will give you some idea.

150 merc 4 strokes? 150 opti's? or 150 Merc 2.0L? Merc 150 2.5? or 150 tower of power inline 6's?

Ive got twin 150 mercs on the back of My 25 seafari, runs n rides great with full tanks and few hundred pounds of led in the bow

You might contact these guys. I think they had twin 150 Optis on their 23 seacraft before repowering with 150 4 strokes.

I thought the 150 Optis were only about 15 lbs heavier than the E-TEC's, 443 lbs when I was looking at them in 2006. Carb'd 150's should be even lighter!
