Looks like it could be a VDR hull. Is it?

If you could/would, please explain the few pic's down in the hull with some type of motor(?) and piping. A bait tank or ballast system? Otherwise a very sharp and clean looking boat. Kudos!

Its a Whitewater 28 hull, I do not believe they are VDR Hulls.
Not sure what you are referring to as to the question.
Forward is the motorized lift for the bunny pad, which is located in the bilge.
Aft there are bilge pumps, and r/w p/u's, plus the fuel manifold.
And in the console there is the P/A pump, autopilot and the F/W pump.
No bait tank, no ballast.
